Helping you support your NDIS clients

We work with Support Coordinators and other professionals, such as Occupational Therapists and Support Workers, to support NDIS participants to find a home that’s right for them. We listen to participant needs to get the best outcome for them, and meticulously match tenants to ensure a harmonious home.

We understand that navigating the NDIS and SDA can be complex. That’s why we’ve crafted an expert team to guide you through the process.

We’ve also developed a free Eligibility Tool to give you an accurate score of the likelihood your client is eligible for SDA funding.

Supported Independent Living providers (SILs)

In each of our properties, we collaborate with like-minded Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers to ensure our tenants get the best supports in their home. We uphold separation of SDA and SIL, so our tenants are always empowered to have choice and control. We work thoughtfully with each participant to help them navigate SDA and understand what truly matters in their lives so that we can get the best outcome for them.
