It is the right of every participant or member of the public to be able to anonymously submit a complaint about every provider under the NDIS. Vera Living is committed to providing transparent, high quality services and prioritises the integrity of our complaints processes in order to continually improve and grow.
All complaints will be treated seriously and investigated, following the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Complaints Management and Resolution) Rules 2018 to reach a fair and action based solution for all involved.
