Spacious and light-filled, these homes are complete with all you need for enhanced independent living. At the heart of them sits the inviting living area and entertainer’s kitchen, complimented by accessible preparation and cooking areas, luxury appliances, and stone bench tops. Each of the generously sized bedrooms has its own accessible bathroom with an oversized shower, full height tiling, ample storage, and ceiling reinforcements to allow for hoist installations if required. Enjoy outdoor tranquillity when you like in the calming alfresco area. 

Functional and smart, each home is pre-fitted with a range of state-of-the-art assistive technology modifications, including automatic bedroom doors, blinds, lighting, and fully electric kitchen benchtops. There is also a separate bedroom and bathroom for a carer (Onsite Overnight Assistance) to ensure your immediate access to supports, when and how you choose.

• High-end appliances, including washing machine, dryer, microwave, cooktop, rangehood, dishwasher, and accessible side-opening oven with pull out resting drawer.

Rent details

• SDA: 100% of your SDA funding, claimed directly from the NDIA
• Rent: $495.74 per fortnight
• Monthly utility costs to be managed by tenants
• Supported Independent Living provider: To be confirmed
