Spacious and light-filled, these homes are complete with all you need for enhanced independent living. At the heart of the home sits the inviting galley kitchen and living area, complimented by accessible preparation and cooking areas, luxury appliances, and stone bench tops. The generously sized bedrooms have their own accessible bathroom with an oversized shower, full height tiling, ample storage, and ceiling reinforcements to allow for hoist installations if required.
The homes have access to Onsite Overnight Assistance support services, located in a separate villa.

- State-of-the-art assistive technology throughout, and option for voice control to be set up from personal device;

- Adjustable kitchen benchtop with integrated induction cooktop;

- High-end appliances, including a washing machine, dryer, microwave, cooktop, rangehood, dishwasher, and accessible side-opening oven complete with pull out resting drawer.
Rent details
- SDA: 100% of your SDA funding, claimed directly from the NDIA
- Rent: $495.74 per fortnight
- Monthly utility costs to be managed by the tenant
