We work alongside Support Coordinators, Occupational Therapists, and Support Workers to help NDIS participants find the right housing that supports their goals, lifestyle, and independence. Our thoughtful approach helps us carefully match tenants in shared homes, creating harmonious and empowering living environments.
We also understand that navigating SDA can be complex. That’s why we’ve built an expert in-house team who are here to support you every step of the way.
To make the process easier, we’ve also developed a free online SDA Eligibility Tool, designed to help you and your clients quickly assess the likelihood of receiving SDA funding.

Support Coordinators

We work closely with Support Coordinators to ensure every individual is matched with a Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) home that meets their goals, support needs, and lifestyle.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) Providers
In every Vera Living home, we collaborate with like-minded Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers who deliver consistent, person-led support. We maintain a clear separation between SDA and SIL to ensure each participant is empowered with full choice and control over their supports.
