Support Coordinators

At Vera Living, we know that Support Coordinators play a key role in helping their clients access safe, high-quality housing that enhances their independence and well-being.

What makes our homes different

Vera Living Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) homes are more than just places to live –they’re designed to support independence, choice, and control. Every property meets or exceeds NDIS SDA standards and is maintained to an exceptional level. We prioritise both functionality and comfort, offering modern, accessible environments that support a wide range of needs and preferences.

Working with support providers

We don’t limit our collaborations to specific support providers. Instead, we:

  • Conduct due diligence on all support providers we collaborate with
  • Support participant choice and control when selecting or changing providers

Whether your participant has a preferred support provider or is exploring options, we can accommodate their needs.

Our support doesn’t end at move-in. Each Vera Living tenant is assigned a Tenant Support Specialist to provide ongoing support and a consistent point of contact for the resident and their Support Coordinator.
