More Than Just a Move-In

Your Vera Living journey doesn’t end when you find your home.

Our dedicated Transition Coordinator will guide you every step of the way as you prepare to move into your new SDA home, helping make the transition smooth and comfortable.

Once you’ve settled in, you’ll be introduced to your Tenant Support Specialist — your personal, go-to contact for everything from ongoing support and maintenance to daily living needs.

Our Tenant Support Specialists are part of Vera’s in-house team, committed to building genuine, long-term relationships that help you feel confident, safe, and supported every day.

Your Home, Your Support

Once you’ve chosen your home with our Participant Engagement team, your Tenant Support Specialist will:

  • Coordinate assistive technology and accessibility needs
  • Arrange urgent repairs and day-to-day maintenance, working directly with our asset management team
  • Be your dedicated, personal contact for anything tenancy-related – no hotlines or outsourcing

Independent Living with Real Choice

We believe in maintaining clear boundaries between supports. That’s why Vera Living (SDA provider) and your SIL provider remain separate, helping you keep full choice and control under the NDIS. We collaborate closely but never compromise your independence.
