Janel, a Paralympian, disability advocate, and Lead Trainer at People with Disability Australia, shares her journey and the impact her Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) apartment has had on her independence, confidence and sense of stability.

With a lifelong commitment to social justice and lived experience of disability from early childhood, Janel understands firsthand the power of accessible, supportive spaces.
