The process of finding and moving into a new Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) home can present some tricky challenges. There are many decisions to make, steps to follow and plenty of moving parts along the way. It's easy to feel a bit overwhelmed.

For those transitioning into SDA or supporting someone to transition, there can be a few added layers to navigate through, but we have been told it is well worth the effort! The right home can make all the difference in supporting independence, choice and control.
